A. Service Scope & Acceptable Use

  • Private Beta notice – PairMind design-partner access evolves rapidly based on customer feedback and appliance deployment learning.
  • Acceptable use – No unlawful, violent, hateful, fraudulent, or reverse-engineering activities.
  • Fair enforcement – Unauthorised resale or repeated violations may lead to suspension/termination; refunds handled case-by-case.

B. Design Partner Access & Allowances

  • Access guidance – Design-partner pilots, appliance deployments, and enterprise agreements define the applicable scope, support, and implementation responsibilities.
  • Beta access – Private Beta design-partner accounts are invitation-only; access may pause or adjust as we scale.
  • Pilot allowances – Pilot credits or implementation allowances, if granted, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire under the pilot agreement.

C. Privacy & Security

  • Data you control – Your data remains private and secure; never shared publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details and opt-out choices.
  • Built-in safeguards – Data encrypted in transit & at rest; recurring internal security reviews and an incident-response playbook.

D. Termination & Liability

  • Community safety – Harmful or suspicious behaviour can result in account suspension/termination without refund.
  • Ownership & licensing – Platform, models & trademarks Β© OmniqAI Pvt Ltd; you own your inputs and receive a licence to use outputs for personal/business needs.
  • Responsible use – OmniqAI is not liable for criminal or violent misuse of generated content; users bear responsibility.
  • Private Beta disclaimer – Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; use requires human review. Liability is capped at fees paid in the last three (3) months unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

E. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Standard policy – Payments are final unless covered below.
  • Accidental purchase – Full refund if reported within three (3) days and unused.
  • Satisfaction guarantee – One-time refund within seven (7) days of first purchase (if < 25 % of plan used).
  • Billing errors – Duplicate charges or payment-gateway failures are fully refundable with proof.
  • Anti-abuse limit – One goodwill refund per user per billing period; repeat or abusive requests may be declined.
  • Easy process – E-mail contact@omniqai.com within seven (7) days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in five-to-ten (5-10) business days.
